If your files exceed 10Mb in size, then you will need to upload them to our FTP server. In order to do that, you will type our FTP Server address into your web browser and enter the UserID and Password. If your browser does not support FTP transfers, you will need to use a dedicated FTP File Transfer program such as CuteFTP (PC) or Transmit (Mac) to accomplish the transfer.
